Our
beautiful Caribbean style condo is in Caribbean Villas. The community is
entirely single story. The furnishings are very high standard and the kitchen
fully equipped, including cooking utensils. The master bedroom and a second
bedroom sleep 4, with a sofa bed in the sitting room providing for 2 more. There
is also a crib available. All linens and towels are provided. Local telephone
calls are free for guests. There is a large resort pool with sun deck and
covered seating area.

The
condo is air conditioned and has a private fenced yard. Access to the yard is by
sliding patio doors from the sitting room, which has a cable TV and VCR and two

television in the bedroom. There is also a wash basin, bathroom and two walk-in

facilities, bath and shower. There is a dining area next to the
kitchen.

The major
stores and restaurants are all in the vicinity, the 192 being just one block
away. Twenty miles of the best shopping, eating and attractions in Florida. The
Disney World parks are 5 minutes away and Sea World and Universal are just 10
minutes away. The resort has uniformed security who make regular patrols. This
Caribbean style village offers a safe family vacation with excellent amenities
and a restful atmosphere.
The kitchen is
fully equipped with a clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, range and hob,
microwave, cookware and utensils, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. There is a
telephone, cable TV and VCR, all towels and linen is included, a crib is
available with baby linen. The yard is paved and fenced and has white furniture.
The bedrooms have fitted carpet and the furnishings are Florida style. Smoke
alarms and emergency lighting conform to the regulations for hotel and guest
accommodation. The condo is licensed by the local authority as vacation
accommodation. A smoke alarm is available for the hearing impaired on
request.
